St Matthews Church

Church of England, Netley Marsh, Totton, New Forest

St Matthews Church of Netley Marsh is one of the most beautiful churches in the New Forest. I would say that, I got married there! As a family church to my Wife's family, although I am not religious this place will always have a special place in my heart.

Revd John Reed is a lovely vicar, providing a mix of religious teachings whilst being open to those who are not Christian. He also has some strong rules around photography, which are based around making sure that the ceremony is the centre of attention. These are actually really good rules, but are difficult for some photographers to deal with, so make sure you pick someone experienced and discuss the shots you will be getting from the ceremony.
